About ClinicPay and this site

Short, checkable facts: who runs this, what stage it is at, how content is funded and sourced, and how to reach a human.

Last reviewed against published industry benchmarks and primary sources linked on this page on .

Who operates this

clinicpay.ai is operated by AdvancedCare USA Inc. It is part of a portfolio of healthcare information and tooling sites. It is not a medical clinic, not a debt collector, and not a payment processor.

What stage ClinicPay is at

ClinicPay is in development. There is nothing to buy on this site. The cost-to-collect calculator, benchmarks, and payment-plan notes are free reference material for independent outpatient clinics. Present-tense claims that ClinicPay already processes payments, stores card data, or integrates with named PM/EHR systems are false and are not used here.

How this site is funded

The site is funded by AdvancedCare USA Inc. as a product-development and research property. There are no paid placements, no affiliate links on clinical or collections content, and no sale of patient data — this site does not collect patient data through the contact form (name, email, subject, message only).

Editorial and sourcing policy

Every factual, regulatory, or benchmark claim on this site must carry a real source URL, a publisher, and a visible as-of date. Acceptable sources for numbers include HFMA, MGMA, CMS, KFF, the CFPB, Federal Reserve publications, USPS, and peer-reviewed health-services research. Vendor blogs and RCM agency marketing are not acceptable primary sources for benchmarks.

If a figure cannot be sourced, we omit it or state that it varies. If you believe a figure is wrong, tell us — we would rather fix it than defend it.

How to reach a human

Use the contact form on the homepage or email contact@clinicpay.ai. If you run clinic billing and want to describe what is broken in patient collections, that is the highest-value message you can send right now.

Contact

Questions about the calculator, a benchmark, or the product direction — send a note. This is not a sales demo queue.
